What’s included in my ticket?
The Full Conference Pass includes the welcome reception, all meals, sessions and workshops, the exhibit hall, session recordings, and the Labapalooza party. See ticket details.
Where will Labapalooza 2027 be held?
At the Royal Sonesta Boston in Cambridge, MA, April 27–28, 2027, with registration and a welcome reception on April 26. Room block rate: TBC. To claim a room now, email events@quartzy.com and we’ll add you to the list.
How do I get to the venue?
Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is the nearest airport, about 15–25 minutes away depending on traffic (TBC). Options include taxis, Lyft, Uber, or public transit via the MBTA.
Will there be parking?
Parking details at the Royal Sonesta Boston: TBC.
Will there be luggage storage?
If you arrive early or plan to depart directly from the hotel, luggage storage is available through the hotel’s bell staff (TBC).
Will WiFi be provided?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in all public areas.
What is the dress code?
Business casual for the main event; think polished but comfortable. Party theme: TBC.
Will meals be provided?
Yes, all meals during the conference are included. Let us know about any dietary restrictions or food sensitivities in your registration form or email events@quartzy.com, subject line: Labapalooza 2027 - Food Request.
Will there be any social events?
April 26: Welcome reception to kick off Labapalooza. Food and drinks will be provided.
April 27: Labapalooza party. Come celebrate lab ops!
April 28: Details TBC.

What is the refund policy?
